Although these treats are a healthy alternative to your typical sugar-laden and processed boxed treats–they are still treats! So, while we can rest our minds that these treats are full of whole food ingredients and yummy goodness, they do have more sugar than your typical snack. Definitely enjoy–but we wouldn’t recommend eating the whole lot in one go!
