About LearnEatGrow
LearnEatGrow is an organization that specializes in nutritional education. Our philosophy is simple – eat a variety of whole foods and enjoy an abundance of health benefits. The closer we eat to nature without all the processing the better our bodies can breakdown the food and turn it into usable nutrients we need to be healthy and feel good physically and emotionally.
We provide children with nutritional workshops throughout elementary and high schools across the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. We also provide Eat&Learn cookshops for parents, check the schedule for classes, dates, and locations.
The delivery of our school workshops is very unique. We use the Ontario curriculum as our guiding foundation for all the workshops. However, the focus of the workshops is to motivate and instill a passion for whole foods with the aim of making a positive impact on kids’ and teens’ food choices. This is what we have worked on for years to perfect.
It is our unique value that cannot be matched by anyone in the industry.
The parent Eat&Learn cookshops are designed so that we can be your guide, as parents you are Food CEOs in your homes. We are here to serve you as your executive food consultants. The cookshops include delicious food demos, bite sized knowledge and taste testing healthy food your kids will love.
Studies show that good nutrition contributes to improving the well being of children and their potential learning ability – thus contributing to better school performance, behavior and their general focus. LearnEatGrow seizes the prime opportunity of teaching today, for a better tomorrow. Our Eat&Learn cookshops and school programs provide parents and children with a fun filled environment that encourages learning, laughing and healthy living.
Knowledge is power and we firmly believe that the greatest gift we can give anyone is the power to control their own health.
